Integration Architecture
Webhook-Consumer Model: Our integration uses Channex as the source of truth for ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) data.
- Changes made in Channex sync automatically to our local cache via webhooks
- Direct bookings created via our CRS API are pushed to Channex
- OTA bookings flow: OTA → Channex → Webhook → Our System
